Scale at the gym said 161.7 my bowflex body scale says 159.8 – go figure
At first I thought that I didn’t like it because it was much more lighter than I want to be. But now that I think of it more, if I can maintain between 160 and 165 I should be good to go. I definitely need to jump all over the protein over the next few weeks and go for the gains. Any suggestions? Before I got sick, I was well on my way back up to where I was a year ago. I need to get back into it for just a little bit longer, then maintain. I’m gonna change it up a bit and do more legs and abs. I’m totally loving this.
It’s all just one more step to being me.
