It is truly a milestone day for me. I managed to drop 1 more pound and I am now down to 169. I finally broke the barrier. It’s not that I am not eating either. I manage to sneak in 2 tacos and a chicken sandwich or something similar on a daily basis. I eat two rice cakes (the puff rice patties), one for breakfast and one for afternoon snack. AND I have a light dinner, doesn’t matter what it is, I just don’t over-indulge. I am finding that cutting down on the late-night snacking is definitely making a difference. I work out at the gym 2-3 times per week, light cardio, mostly weight training. I know I’ll have to change this up soon once my body starts adjusting to my new routine. But in the meantime, I’m enjoying it. I have maybe 5-8 more pounds to go till I hit my goal and get those rock solid abs i’ve always wanted.
